Absolute idiots! I called to place a two box order from Texas over the phone and have my friend pick them up who was organizing a huge cigar shipment overseas for our Soldiers. The dumb broad who answered the phone said "We Don't Do That" and hung up on me. When I called back, she sent me to voice mail twice. Avoid this company!
