      Founded more than 50 years ago, Bangs Ambulance provides advanced life support ambulance services to the residents of Tompkins, Cayuga, Schuyler, Tioga and Seneca counties in New York and the surrounding communities. The company s services include 911 emergency transport services for urgent medical or trauma situations, non-emergency transportation for medical treatments or return transport from a hospital, fly car delivery services and non-emergency wheelchair transport services. In addition, Bangs provides bike medic units with emergency medical service personnel for public and special events. The company also offers a variety of educational presentations for schools, service clubs and senior centers. Bangs Ambulance maintains its headquarters and operational facilities in Ithaca, N.Y.
