      We are Issaquah's dance and movement studio for adults. We offer a wide range of classes including Aerobics, Tap Dance, Jazz, Nia, Barre, Baby & Me cardio, Zumba, BollyX, Yoga, MixxedFit and more! We strive to make your experience at our studio personal, inviting and comfortable. Our instructors will do their best to understand your needs and what you wish to get out of your classes.
