When we bought our house, the previous owners gave us one piece of advice and it was to use Revive. We've used them for 13 years and I love them!!! Ask for Brent, he's great. Courteous, professional and get get anything out: sharpie pen, cat pee, rubber ink pad. He's a miracle worker.The best part is the carpet is close to dry when he's done. None of the wet, sopping carpet that takes days to dry. I can't say enough nice things about this company.
