Called in prescription, it sat on voicemail over 2 hours. When I arrived, they found it and put me at the end of the line and waiting 20 minutes. Excuses but no admission that they had dropped the ball not any effort to make good on their less than stellar performance. I will try Rite Aid or Walgreens next time.
