I hired david cook to install pebble tec. I paid 16k because I was promised the best results with long term finish. They completed the job and to my surprise they covered all my jets in the spa by mistake!!! After being told to wait a few weeks to see the results I noticed that the pool was all different shades colors not smooth, intact my son and friends came out of the pool with blisters and bleeding toes. This is an outrage so after begging them to fix it for almost two months they finally came in tried to fix it. I was so happy until I realized Pitney made it worse now half the pool looked totally different from the other and of course the spa jets were left covered .... Omg all I asked for was to make it ok. They tried to blame the expert pool people so I got 3 different experts and they were all appalled at the work ..what a nightmare don't ever use pebble tec David Cook...
