We've been renting boats in the Keys for over 10yrs annually and now renting from these folks every year for 6 years after bad experiences elsewhere from dishonest rental places. They have never made a mistake on our reservation and have always gone above and beyond on the service they provide which is very personable; especially Melissa who is phenomenal to work with and very organized.We had one year where a gps acted up mid-week, they changed it out within two hours onsite at our location. Another year, we accidentally left our fish identification books on the boat and Melissa saved them for us the entire year without even being asked. The boats have always been in good working order with quiet 4 stroke yamahas. The boats are geared more towards rental, but trust me when I tell you that is what you want since some rental places in the Keys will tell you that you can't wear sunscreen and sit on the cushions.These folks have never tried to bill us extra or make a dishonest $ from us.

Poorly maintained engines and throttle controls. Baitwell failed. Water leaked into fish boxes while boat was under way. I've been offshore fishing for years and these people don't care about your safety AT ALL. Other people who rented with them the same day had WORSE problems if you can believe that.

Bump and Jump was the best price for a boat on the island. The staff was very helpful. We loved that the GPS had all the dive sites preloaded. THANKS!
