Our Clinic is designed to meet the needs for children of all ages and disabilities. At Therapy Associates, we believe in a team approach to working with our clients. Working together, both multidisciplinary and with parents and/or guardians, is the best and most efficient way to help your child learn and maintain new skills. Therapy Associates' therapists understand the importance of early intervention. Identifying and treating children with special needs can minimize the long term impact on the child. Treatment supports the probability of the child reaching their full potential. Therapy Associates provides speech and language therapy for children of all ages in a positive and fun environment in order to optimize their communication abilities. Speech therapy is provided in an individual and/or group therapy session, which is determined by their communication needs. Therapy Associates provides occupational therapy for children needing help with self-help skills, keeping daily routines along with completing age expected motor and visual tasks. Therapy Associates offers group and individual treatment for children with feeding difficulties. Therapy Associates provides mental health psychotherapy to children, adolescents, parents and families in a positive, supportive, solution-focused environment. Our mental health professionals utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a foundation for treatment. CBT is a form of treatment that focuses on examining the relationships between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With children, this work is done through play and talking. Our therapists strongly value the parent-child relationship and work to balance individual work with clients, while supporting family dynamics and relationships.
