Mariposa Horticultural Enterprises is a licensed, full-service landscape company in California. Its operations are divided into the following categories: landscape maintenance, landscape installation and construction, tree trimming and arbor care and contract grown nursery stock. Mariposa has experienced professionals who make up the management and supervisory personnel. All employees receive ongoing training through a detailed program. Mariposa Horticultural Enterprises has been in business since 1977. Originally incorporated under the name Mariposa Landscapes, it re-incorporated in 1989 as Mariposa Horticultural Enterprises. All ownership has remained the same since 1977. The company originally started out performing custom residential and small commercial maintenance and installation. After five years, operations included public works maintenance. In 1984, the company started a public works installation department. It does custom residential installation and maintenance, public works and commercial development installation and maintenance.
