Sheridan Terrace is an elementary school that has an enrollment of more than 400 students in kindergarten through grade four. The school offers classes in math, science, social studies and language arts. It also hosts sessions in music, art, and health and physical education. In addition, Sheridan Terrace provides before- and after-school care and developmental guidance programs. The school offers assistance with the testing of basic skills. It provides special education services for students with hearing and vision impairments, as well as speech and language disabilities. Sheridan Terrace operates a parent-teacher association. The school is governed by the Norwin School District, which operates several elementary, middle and high schools. Operational for more than 50 years, the school district serves over 4,000 students in kindergarten through grade 12.
