Went there a hour after they opened, the bays were all unoccupied, they passed up work by saying they couldn't do a simple Ten minute tire rotation untill 2 hours later after I made a appointment. Lazy mechanics.

service cashier overbearing will cut you off mid sentence ignorant. he is a know it all. im a 14 year mechanic he did not know that. was told would take a hour to change tires it took 1.5 hours for first car took 2hours for my other car. they picked apart my suspension even though i told them i knew my car needed front end work. my van was just inspected that morning and they said it needed a tie rod, i inspected it myself it was fine. made it a point to tell me the wrong tires were on the van, i knew that because i put them on it. pointed out how old tires had wear on one side i told him they were like that when i installed them. i didnt have money for new tires at the time. i used what i could find. i dont know why they had hood open on my van it was there for tires only. charged me for valve pressure service my vehicle doent have that feature. they refunded money but it took my time. i felt like cashier thought i was a moron, i felt ashamed for being poor and having to use old tires to get by untill i could afford new tires. i will not be back. i took my car there because its close to home. dont count on estamate price it will be more at check out.
