Worst most careless driving I have ever seen! I wish I could give it negative stars

Used them for vacation no pre assigned seats my wife and kids 11 and 16 were scattered throughout the bus. Office staff was ok but only 2 of them knew any answers to the questions I had the others kept asking those 2 for the answers which I believe irritated those who were behind me in line ir took a long time to get tickets and snswers price was ok it was same as others but zavala was closest to home
