First of all the cab informed us that it was 12 min away. The 12 min turned into half an hour. Then finally when they arrived they picked up other people and drove off.. My husband and I had to walk 4 miles home on a Friday nite when many drunk drivers are out. Then we heard gun shots being fired near us like down the street from where we were at by then. Now we call yellow cab and they have all these people from different countries driving the cabs which rarely know the area. Yet they get lost and a customer is having to wait longer.....

Nice and clean car, Taxi show up 7 min. early then shedule time, before came driver called me and make sure my address one more time, that is really
excellent service, appreciated for this company.
