Very difficult to deal with. Company debited my account for services and has not provided them. Are they out of business/////

This most difficult Company to reach that I have experienced in my 75 years of existence. Impossible to deal with. Bad. They charged my debit account for their product. I was then unable to download it and could not get human help to do so. I am now unable to reach them to get my refund!
