Sam was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgable, professional, and had a quick turn around. He picked up my TV on a Thursday afternoon and had it repaired and back to me the next morning. And he even had my TV updated, the channels programmed for me, and he tightened up my TV stand because he noticed it was loose. Buyer beware!!! rip off artist. I'm over $300 out of pocket and still don't have a repaired tv. He refuses to do anything about it. Says I can keep spending money but he gives absolutely no guarangtee he can fix it. That's a totally different story from what he tod me when we started. He even said I should scam my insurance company and claim it was a lightning strike.

The technician Alpha came to our house to fix the tv and was so kind, professional and knowledgeable. What a wonderful experience of excellent, prompt and very courteous service!
