I took a pair of pants to be altered, but the waist was not taken in at all. When I returned to have her do the alterations that I was charged for she said that she would charge me half price "redo" what she didn't alter in the first place. She doesn't speak clear English so it makes it very difficult to communicate with her. Her lack of customer service was unacceptable!!! I would never use her again, and I've told several of my friends and colleagues to never return to her. Pricing is outrageous!
