Mary worked tirelessly to repair my 20+ year old Maytag washing machine. When I found out I could not replace it with the same quality that they make today, I opted to have the repairs done. I called Mary and she was here and diagnosed the problem. She replaced the motor and timer and now my machine has more power than I can remember it ever having. She went over and above board to take care of this situation. I really appreciate her efforts as she had to make several trips back and forth, and wait for me to get back from my beauty shop appointment. She could not have been better to work with and I appreciate her very much. I highly recommend their services.
I got my microwave repaired. Fast and efficient service. Mary and DeWayne were professional and friendly. They knew their job. Had to order a part for replacement. Once they had the part, they were in and out of the house within minutes.
It was an early morning while I was doing the laundry when my dryer broke. I google the internet for repair services in our area and stumbled on their site. I dialed their number and they squeezed me a slot at noon. They called me back and told me that they can come early and I was delighted to hear that. Moments later they arrived at my doorsteps. They were very friendly and went inside to check my dryer. They got it diagnosed quickly and immediately found the problem. They got it fixed in less than an hour. Great skills I must say. Their rate is very affordable compared to the services that I have used in the past. Excellent workmanship and their services are truly reliable .

I called Ivan's to have someone take a look at my dishwasher. I was told it would be $39.95 for the service tech visit. The guy came and was at my house just over an hour. When he gave me the bill I saw that it was $70 and proceeded to tell me that he also charges on a per hour basis for his time. I tried to explain to him that I was never told about the per hour charge and I was upset that he was trying to charge me for two hours when he wasn't even there for amount of time. On top of that, the guy could not even figure out what was wrong with my appliance! When I tried to call the owner to tell her she never informed me of those charges she was very rude and unprofessional. I would never refer this company to anyone at all! They do not know what good customer service is about.
They showed up on time and repaired the appliances promptly for the estimate quoted.
