We are so happy that we found Freeman Mazda Hyundai . My husband and I were out helping our daughter Brandi Hardwick to look for a car a few months ago and when we walked onto your car lot Doyle England came out to help us,we are so glad that he did! because he was just wonderful with our daughter. Doyle got Brandi in the car she wanted and worked with her on her trade in. We were so pleased with how Doyle worked on getting our daughter just what she wanted, we told him when we were ready to buy a car we would definitely come back to see him,and a few months later we did just that! Doyle was just as wonderful with Sam and I as he was with our daughter. We tell all our family and friends to go see Doyle at Freeman Hyundi he'll get you what you want "he'll try real hard anyway". We just bought a Dodge Grand Caravan at this location. We had the Best experience. Ask for Shane he was wonderful and very honest. It is refreshing to have had such a great experience buying a car from a dealership.

If you want good service do NOT go here. I took my RX-8 in because the check engine light came on and paid $100 for a car wash. First I was quoted $1350 in total repairs, $810 for SSV replacement, $270 for a radiator hose, $80 for cabin air filter, $20 for tire rotation (which I have just had done before I went there), and $170 for transmission flush. When I called another dealership before choosing to go through with the repairs, they quoted me $618 for the SSV replacement. When I questioned the service manager at this dealership he said that he was not sure why the guy quoted me $810 when he had just quoted another customer $675 for the same repair on the same day. The manager said that he would call me back and needless to say I am still waiting for a call back a week and a half later. What's worse Mazda has chosen to ignore this completely. I will never buy another Mazda. I have not had decent service at any of their delearships so it is not worth the hastle.
I have taken my car into the Hyundai dealership several times for work. I feel that they are honest and fair, and they are very familiar with the warranty on my car. Dale is my service consultant, he's great! The receptionist and shuttle driver are also very very nice! The shuttle is a plus because it goes downtown as well at north Irving! And the shuttle means not having to inconvenience a friend!
