Saying I am dissatisfied with the level of service or the facilities is an understatement. I got the run around and directed to multiple departments to SIMPLY CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP. On top of this inconvenience, the cancellation process requires me to mail a letter that takes 30 days to process. This is ridiculous that I am not even able to cancel in person and have to WAIT 30 DAYS to process my cancellation, which means they are SCAMMING me for another month worth of membership fees. Not only that, I was told that if I place a stop payment after mailing in the cancellation form, they would still charge me and if my bank declined to accept the charges because of my stop payment, they threatened to send me to collections.DO NOT JOIN this gym unless you are a fan of being charged additional monthly membership fees, enjoy poor customer service, waiting for a machine because they are always occupied. If you like those things, I guess join at your own risk.
