Have seen Dr. Park several times in the last few years, and he does a great job. 2 years ago, I found out I needed bifocals. They suggested the no-line ones, which sounded good. Unfortunately, when they came in, they were weird for me. I lasted about 3 days and just could not adjust to them. Dr. Park was very nice about it and got me traditional lined bifocals which work great for me. Thanks, Dr.!

When Dr. Park broke the news to me that I needed to start wearing glasses I was kind of heart broken. I asked about contact lenses, and he was more than willing to help me out with those. He showed me how to put them in, and how to take care of them. I really appreciate Dr. Park and all that he does.

My experience with Eyecare 20/20 was terrible on two accounts. First, while the optometrist seemed nice enough, he refused to listen to my opinion regarding what prescription strength I needed. Apparently, when I was examined, I preferred lenses that were stronger than those indicated by a machine that he tested me with at the beginning of the exam. He insisted that, in the long run, I'd be happier with the weaker prescription. Stupidly, I did not stick to my guns and now I'm squinting through movies, lectures and at street signs.



Second, within a week of getting my new glasses, the lenses cracked on the inside of the glass. This was not due to abuse, but rather was likely due to a fault in the lenses themselves. I took the glasses back and they replaced the lenses without qualification--great right? Within a week the same problem occurred with the lenses. I took them back (this is a week after getting the lenses replaced). They refused to change the lenses. REALLY? Sorry, only one change per warranty. But, the product is clearly defective. Sorry, only one change per warranty. Are you kidding? Clearly this business does not stand by its products and its owners have no sense of business integrity.



In the end, I have a pair of cracked glasses and 6 months worth of contact lenses that are the wrong prescription. It's actually so bad that it's kind of funny. Jokes on me, I guess.
