Taking my infant to this hospital was the biggest waste of time. I took her in because she had been struggling with breathing the whole day and it progressively got worse. Dr. Huang was very unprofessional and was rude to my husband and I from the moment she walked into the room. She didn't take us seriously and all she did was have a respiratory therapist come in and show me how to use the bulb to suction out her nose. She had no advice for us or anything. The Respiratory Therapist apparently did not know what he was doing either as he kept inserting the bulb into my daughter's nose and then squeezing it. I corrected him and he agreed and then proceeded to squeeze the bulb/air into her nose again. I am not pleased with this hospital and will not go here again. I would rather wait hours at Baylor than to go through this again.
