Power Talk Therapy offers telehealth services to adults and couples across the state of California. Our mission is to develop a strong and authentic relationship to help you traverse lifeâ??s hurdles and create the change you seek. Whatever brought you here, weâ??ll walk alongside you every step of the way. Our teletherapy group is experienced in diverse approaches, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), the Gottman method, and certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT) tools.
