My first visit was very good. I was shown bikes that would fit my needs -- simply recreational -- and was given a catalog to peruse. They told me they would order the bike I chose, but change to another which I was indecisive about, if necessary. That's what happened. I bought a different bike and received "hands-on" attention and help with transporting in my old Escort. I will return to Irvine Bicycles for additional stuff when necessary. Good guys there!

I am NOT a big customer, spending lots of money. With that background, the folks at Irvine Bicycle are the most patient, helpful, and pleasant with me. I feel almost guilty if I buy something at another shop. This is my experience. John D.
