Dr. Robert Beltran is a liar and imcompetent surgeons. He is a horrible plastic surgeon and don't let him touch you anywhere. Don't make the mistakes all over 50% of his patients. Please do your research carefully and do not be blind by the fake sweet personality of doctors. That is just face they put up to get your money.
