The guys at Coast Motor Werk really know what they re doing. They are very reliable and knowledgeable about BMWs and have always done a really great job with my 07 3 series and my boyfriend s car as well. The facility is super clean and everyone is very personable and professional. There isn t anywhere else I would recommend for everyone. I ve already told my friends and family about it. Why look for a good shop when there s one that clearly has reviews everywhere about being the best?! Honestly, look no further, this is the one stop shop. Coast Motor Werk is better than a dealership! They actually care about the car you are driving and that you walk out of their shop a happy customer! Brad is very knowledgeable and is very good at what he does! Plus the dog in the office is super cute! They do perfect work and recommend it for anyone who owns a BMW or a MINI!
I made an online appointment and took my Mini cooper 09 sport to Coast motor Werk. I dealt with Derrick, who was friendly and knowledgeable. When I spoke with him he gave me confidence in the work to be performed by saying "Yes, we work Mini Coopers" rather than the response you get from a lot of mechanics who say "yeah, we can look at that." Mini mechanics are hard to find, and those you trust are few and far between. I was very happy with my service here. They replace my oil and gave me all the details on near future items that I need to keep an eye on, but weren't an emergency. They also provided me with the info on getting my recalled water pump replaced through the dealer. I would recommend this place to any of those other Mini Cooper drivers out there looking to get away from the dealer, and not wanting to take it to someone who only gets Mini's in once in awhile. Three visits later and these guys feel like my friends. I am a friendly person, and appreciate when it is reciprocated. I laugh on the phone making my appointments, they know me by name when I come in (from my first appointment!), they go above and beyond what I ask for (every time), and are very conscientious about my time. Go. Go now. If you're looking at reviews, you're looking for some help. Try them out just to take a look at your car, that's what I did, and that's all I needed.
