I recently bought a spray bottle of the ?Arizona Leather? brand leather cleaner to clean a love seat and sofa, which were also purchased from the Arizona Leather Co. I was very disappointed. The product was absolutely worthless. I didn?t notice any difference on any of the mildly dirty areas where I tried it. It didn?t remove newspaper ink, handprints, skin oils, shoe marks or any other type of soil. I actually got better results using a cloth dampened with only water. They refused to refund, replace or give me a store credit for the leather cleaner. They stated, ?Since they sell the bottles unsealed they don?t know if a customer may tamper with the contents and then try to return it?. I am surprised that an established company would want to take $49.00 short-term from a customer who already stated they had bought their furniture before? Bad business decision! I will never buy form Arizona Leather again and I will mention my experience and concerns to everyone I know.
