Worst place of business I have dealt with. Have had my oil changed and bought tires there for many years, but never again. Dishonest, no honor or integrity. My son insisted on changing the oil in my car because Plaza Tire gave him bad service and he does not trust them. He started to change the oil and discovered the bolt so tight that it could not be removed. Went to Plaza and asked they loosen it. Manager basically called son and myself liars... said it was not done there. I told him to look in PC for my name and number, as Plaza is only place I get oil changed and bolt had to be tightened by them as they did the work. Manager still inferred I was a liar. Just lost my biz and that of my friends and family. I will tell everyone I know about their lack of honor. Will be buying my tires at a more reputable place from now on also. The guy we spoke with was insulting and shifty-acting rather than saying I'm sorry and let us fix that, which would have been honorable. Lousy biz practices.
