      GREAT SERVICE

      I just want to let everyone know that the Service Care representative Craig went above and beyond to repair my washing machine.



      The company representatives were all very friendly and nice, always taking care of my call immeadiatley making me an appoint for service.



      The service repair man; Craig was extremely nice and courteously, he kept me update on the progress of my repair and was very knowledgeable and efficent.



      I would recomend Service Care to anyone for any appliance repair you needed.



      Thank you for fixing my washing machine!!

      These guys are professional. A technician came out once to my home to diagnose, and once again after ordering brand new OEM parts. Once my parts arrived they were installed and it was in tip top condition. Now it cools like it should which is a must with children to feed. My deposit for the diagnosis actually applies towards the repair costs which is nice. I also got peace of mind since they offer a 6 month warranty on the parts and labor they've done which lets me know there confident in there abilities. Now I'm thinking about letting them fix my broken television since apparently they do appliances and electronics. I've had several servicers to my home in recent years, but this was like a breath of fresh air... thus the review.
