I have had excellent service with Dallas Ebel's Automotive Service Center. He is so kind and patient and even offered to drive me to work while they repaired my car. I would trust sending anyone there. He had a senior citizen woman customer in the shop when i was there and treated her with utmost respect - I'm going to recommend him to my elderly mom!

Remember this company is with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and has been since 2002. He for some strange reason has a A+ rating. For those that have listed complaints on this company know that you can file a complaint through the BBB as well. He needs to stop getting away with this poor service and this agency needs to be aware!!

You would have to be a fool to bring your car here. I went to magistrate court against this guy and won. I had to return my car to him (3) different times. He had to come look at it at my house because one of his idiot repairmen forgot to put the gas line back on. I was riding down the road and the gas started spewing out all over the road!!! I had children in the car and that put them in danger as well. Believe it or not I won the case but HE STILL HASN'T PAID the fine yet!! I'm getting ready to do something about that also. I don't know how he is still in business!! DON'T RISK IT!

I will agree with the first review that this place is a complete joke. I too was without my car for days and days while they fixed something, that as it turns out, wasnt even the problem. After being charged a large sum of money, I am still without my car, it is not fixed, and I am having it towed a long distance to have it fixed elsewhere. I would avoid taking your car here at all costs, unless you want to have one of the worst expereinces of your life, involving the loss of lots of time and money

Mr. Ebels Service center is a joke. I took my car in for a simple estimate on an AC repair and was talked into a radiator flush. A month later still without my vehicle I was told that they dropped a washer into the engine and blew all of the head gaskets. I ended up with no car and a cracked cylinder wall. A year later the problem is still not rectified and has been a nightmare. Please beware and stay far away from this business!
