Great Service James always does a great job
I was extremely satisfied with this cracker barrel the service was more than “just what corporate asks of them” it was personal and when my meal didn’t come out quite like I liked it to. Theresa D. our waitress was more than willing to make sure it was what I wanted. In the end they brought out 3 different steaks 3 different times and kept apologizing to me. Funny thing was I was nice about it and I wasn’t the one pushing the issue it was all in all an awesome steak the best one I have ever had in a restaurant, even better than the nicest steak houses. We have now found OUR cracker barrel to be more than loyal to. Thanks to the staff and management there at cracker barrel #635
