We have been going to mercer pool for years but the last year has been very poor. The deep end is reguarly closed, the hot tub is closed 1/2 the time for various reasons, the rules change per who is on duty. Someone aparently decided that parents are not smart enough to swim along with their young children in the deep end, but only one day. The diving boards are reguarly close, and one day we were asked to leave because they were going to give swimming lessons. I couldn't see how that affected the people who were in the hot tub. And I have not been able to find an e-mail address to send my complaints to. I am very unhappy that I continue to pay full price for the rudeness, and use of 1/2 of the facility or less.
