5 minutes after driving out from their lot the" check engine" light turns on. After their asessment, had the wrong part replaced (rubber pipe), which I discovered a few months later when the problem recurred. So I paid twice for it, had to fight for a refund which ended up being only a partial one.

Everyone was so helpful. I will definitly buy from there again!

My wife bought a used car in 2007 and I bought a new SUV in 2008, both from Carousel Motors. We had shopped around for similar cars at other dealers and got the best price there and the vehicles are the best we have ever owned. The sales people were honest, they were knowledgeable about the vehicles, they did not pressure us and there were no surprises. Since then, we have had both vehicles serviced there and the work is always done well, done timely and done for the price quoted. The service department has taken very good care of us. We have had very good experiences. We absolutely will go back there when we are ready to purchase our next vehicles. We have found these people absolutely worthy of our trust.

I purchased a van their and the added things to final sales of it i walked out very unhappy. then i has service work done their and they did the work b4 i attorized it and the bill was # TIME WAT they said on the phone. I talked to the owner and he was very rude and abrupt too me .They lied about the price and lied about service Wow wat a way to run a busniess,,,,

I purchased a car in 2006 and the sale person was pushy. The price they offered was decent but not great and that was after extensive haggling but I needed a car. When it was time to sign paperwork they blindsided me with all these document fees and stuff and then they tried to sell me an extended warranty that I didnt really want but then the finance guy told me if I didnt use it I would get my money back. Since my girlfriend wanted it but I wasnt willing to pay for it since I felt strongly that I wasn't going to use it I was fine with purchasing it since I "knew" I'd get my money back. Well, 6 years later I go to pick up and guess what? Apparently I don't get my money back. Nowhere on the papework did it say that I would get my money back! I simply trusted the guy and either he flat out lied to me or somehow messed up the paperwork! In addition to that, I noticed that I had multiple copies of the paperwork and they magically added $100 to the warranty and increased my finance rate by nearly 1% point! Those guys ripped me off big and bad! If you decide to but from them you might want to bring a lawyer with you! Or at least have the lawyer look over your paperwork!
