Run for your life , One of our trucks had the serpentine belt come off a simple 10 minute repair that turned into a 6 hour nightmare of lies and deception! We gave them the belt # so they could bring out a belt with them to make the repair but when they arrived they had no belt, then they said they have to go to kenworth an hour away to get the belt , they returned with 3 belts from napa that was all the wrong belts and swore up and down they went to kenworth and bought the belts so we called kenworth and they said i96 truck repair has not called nor did they come in for anything. then the mechanic at i96 said he was going back to kenworth to get the correct belt 3 hours later they return with another belt guess what the wrong one again so they left for another belt, again i called kenworth they said they do have the correct belt but no one has been here from i96 repairs, furthermore they tried to charge us $500 and they never even came back and fixed our truck
