The only reason i am leaving a review is because everything is positive well yesterday my wife dropped our car off cause alternator was dying later on they tell us it is fine we get it go to a friends and alternator died when we knew what was wrong and told them what was wrong they didnt believe my wife now im stuck doing it myself

I have been going to Haines since 1989. I went there when the shop was next to I-81 and now that it's moved more towards Gerrardstown. I have always gotten good service from these folks and fair prices. Even though I have moved further from Inwood I continue to take my business to Haines as much as possible. I believe them to be professional, honest, caring people. These days that's hard to find.

This is the only local repair shop that I know I can trust. I've brought all my vehicles here for years, they're honest and trustworthy with more than reasonable rates. They've replaced engines, brakes, timing belts etc. for me and never a problem. Just good, honest people doing good work. Thanks Haines
