I went in to new proud nails on tuesday sept. 12, i wanted the gel manicure listed as $22 on their advertisement outside their business. When i told the attendant she suggested i get the $25 gel manicure because "the $22 will not last" after a brief back amd forth, me not understanding why they would advertise something that is no good. I agreed to the $25 . The next day i noticed my nails were lumpy and the nail polish was seperated. It looked bad. Still i figured whatever i can live with it. 3 days later my nails start chipping. Now I'm upset because this was not supposed to happen with the $25 mani. I go into the shop the young lady said no problem we fix. I wait now the owner (i beleive his name is Dave ) comes to me. I show him my nails and he proceeds to tell me its my fault because i had acrylic nails before and that is why the polish has seperated nothing to do with what he did . I show him the chopping he again says thats my fault i must have bewn rough. We go back and forth he tried to convince me and the customers that i was lying i caused this even though its only been 4 days since i paid for a gel mani. Had i known this i would have fotten a $7reg. Mani. He was rude speaking in his language . He sent a girl to fix one nail. I showed her the others and asked her if that was normal? She spoke to Dave in their language and then agreed with him but then changed their mind and wanted to fix it. I then refused. At this point i wanted out of there and want to post on any and all sights i can possibly post on. This place is horrible ! The owner has horrible customer service skills . I lost $25 and my blood pressure went through the roof. But Mr. NEW PROUD NAILS OWNER, YOU WILL NOT SUCCEED IN YOUR BUSINESS. ONE CUSTOMER LOSS IS TOO MUCH WHEN YOU KNOW YOU FAILED IN PROVIDING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. and onto the next websight i go and a call to consumer affairs. You treated me very unpleasantly and i will let everyone know. BTW YOU DESERVE NO STARS.

I started attended this nail salon since 1999. Many

people have complained about the management and

especially the young female workers because they speak their mind. I went to the

salon today to do my eyebrows and it was

crowded. The owner directed me to sit down , but

the worker told me that I had to wait. When I asked how long the worker couldn't tell me how long. She had the nerve to tell me that I should had done my nails yesterday when I did my nails. What a lack of courtesy and customer's appreciation?
