Established in 2006. In 2006, Drywell Group, LLC purchased the Masonic Temple and rechristened it the "Masonic Business Center". From 2007 until 2009 an extensive renovation occurred where all the systems were inspected and upgraded. Wood floors were refinished, period furniture, lighting, art, and paint colors were researched and added throughout the building. The exterior was extensively repaired and restored, and a "historic photo gallery" of the building was added along the first floor hall. In, 2010, the building received two grants and solar panels were added to the roof in order to make the Masonic more energy efficient. To accommodate tenants and to expand our business, a second office building was purchased, The Pine Avenue Business Center. This site contained enough parking for both buildings and is within a short walking distance of all city services, restaurants and shops.
