DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. We signed a contract with them for crack repairs on our many commercial lots for after hours service. They arrived in the middle of the day every time and made a huge mess in the lot, scratching and dirtying cars in the crowded lots. Every single time, we made them pull off the job and firmly told them they could not do these repairs during business hours. Every single time they did it again the next day at a different lot. They argued with the tenants, were incredibly rude to the owners of the cars they damaged, and after I called them and made it clear that they could never do this again, and to pull off all jobs for us, they packed up, drove down to another of our buildings, and started back up in a crowded parking lot. Worse? That lot was supposed to be done 2 months ago at a scheduled time. We will never do business with them again. Don't make our mistake. Rude and incompetent.
