Trying to communicate with this company is difficult. They do not answer their phone, and only deal with people via email. I set up an appt 3 weeks in advance. They did not come for the appointment, did not call, did not return my call. I bought a Groupon and had Groupon call them. They said they would get back to me "within 3 business days". The 3 business days came and went. Nothing.

If you actually want your windows cleaned, don't use this company.
