I have to say she cares about the animals. The cut was great. My dog was cute as a button. I seen no nicks on him. Just was perfect. They ask all kind of questions about your dog's health, which I believe is good. They also have you fill a card out. My dog has a enlarged heart and he started to pace in the cage. She was concerned about that. She called me so I could get their as soon as possible. So I would recommend her.

Thought I would try them out, not impressed. Dogs nails weren't clipped very well, cut the 1 where it bled and didn't use styptic on it!! IF the others were cut, I'd like to know how and sorry those buffers with sandpaper do not trim any dogs nails!! Nails so sharp sounds like she's wearing flip flops and she also cut my leg pretty badly! I should stop payment on my check! I will NOT be back nor will I recommend! I'll continue using Jessie's Groomer or my vet in the future.
