January 7 2010. Ordered a front and rear rack for an ATV. I was told $70 each over the phone by an employee when I ordered them. When I got my receipt the price was $70 for the front, $100 for the rear PLUS shipping to *their* store for $15 plus tax.

So $45 more than I was quoted. No mention of shipping when I was quoted over the phone. I mentioned it to the employee and he stated "that's what the computer says it costs". I called the owner, 3 or 4 times to have him explain to me why he over charges. He blamed Steel Prices on one call (they are lass than half what they we in 2008 by the way) then on the next call hundreds of parts being priced incorrectly in their computer and finally on the 4th call he told me the correct price is $80 each plus shipping. I stated MSRP is $70 and he replied well that's "MY" Price. Well it's not my price. I told him I've spent $10K with him in the past two years and if he wouldn't correct it he'll loose my business forever. He stated "Fine". Stay away from these folks...they are unethical. No doubt times are hard but you don't get ahead by shafting your loyal customers. There is a dealer just 10 miles away in spartanburg who will get my business in the future.

Paid them to fix my 4 wheeler. Got home and 4 wheeler did not run right. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it. When i went to pick it up, they said nothing was wrong with it and TRIED to charge me again just for looking at it. The next weekend i went to go ride and ended up blowing the motor because they didn't fix the oil pump that they was supposed to.
