THERE;S SOMETHING SPECIAL ABOUT THIS GARAGE, I HAVE HAD WORK DONE ON MY TRUCK AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE, WHEN I ATTENDED THE GRAND OPENING,IT WAS LIKE GOING BACK IN TIME, THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CLASSIC CARS AND TRUCKS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU VISIT THIS SHOP,THEY CAN TAKE CARE OF ANY THING YOU NEED. I WOULDN'T GO ANY WHERE ELSE.

I was in Kerrville for camp and was noticing noise/ squeaking from my back brakes. I was concerned because I had a long drive back and they took care of my problem without trying to convince me that anything else was needed and the service was very reasonably priced. They were very friendly and did not take advantage of the fact that I was a girl alone and not knowing what needed to be replaced!

The following is my opinion and offered as direct experience dealing with Good Old Days Garage. Be careful when dealing with this shop.The business policy changed and now they want cash up front, they do not provide you with periodic invoices, and they do nots not listen to what you, the customer, wants to have in his or her car. They then becom annoyed if you try to get a word in. They may or may not treat you differently. You can't get a word in when speaking since they think they know it all. They lied to me about a car part they indicated they removed from my car for a core exchange. They actually had the part in the back of their shop. This shop has no mechanic certifications posted. The place looks like a junk yard and is not organized. If you have a lot of cash and want to sign it over to this shop then they will love you. But, don't expect timely billings. You could do better with a shop that will take the time to treat you honestly and fairly. Just my opinion. Beware !
