If you are seeking an expensive way to get your computer repaired then you have to ready to second and third repair. I bought my laptop from them and have had excellent service and performance. All of their products are refurbished or overstock and there are some "copied" items but overall I have always been happy with their hardware and their service. Be careful what you purchase at C & R Electronics because items don't work as promised. Too many of their products are sold as burned-copies, something very illegal! The worse part is the store makes their customer believe their products are 100% origional & legal.
