Provided by YPmobileI have dealt with Jeff for many years and referred many friends to him and nothing but good reports. Jeff goes out of his was to make job right. He has sent crew to my home when I was locked out of truck.always willing to go to extramile for customers. guy above musta been having a bad day.

Provided by YP.comThis is the WORST place I’ve ever been to.
I first called them to asked if they could install a Bluetooth on my truck. The guy there said yes. I asked how much, he said $65 if you buy the equipment there, $85 if you bring in your own equipment.
I had my own equipment so it was $85.
He asks to see the product, and I bring it in. He checks it out and says ok, that they can do it, however he said I needed to make an appointment for the next day, because the guy that installs them was busy. So I did.
I went in the next day and after half an hour, he said, I had to reschedule for the next day. Ok, no problem, I did.
I went in and after 20 minutes he tells me the same thing (to bring it in, yet again the next day), but this time he offers me a 50% discount, I agree.
I brought it in and while there “installing” the Bluetooth, he charges me $50 dollars (not the 50% discount, but I said that’s fine, no big deal)
After having trouble setting it up, he calls the company of the product. The company tells him that my stereo is incompatible. So he tells me he can refund my money. But changes his mind after REMOVING the Bluetooth and only gives me store credit for $50. This is unfair.
This is why it’s unfair:
*He asked me to see the product, which I showed him, he never said anything about not working (or the possibility of not working) or anything like that.
*I waited 4 days for the “service”. But, I understand when someone gets busy. But the point remains valid.
*He offered a 50% discount. Which he did not obliged to. Yes I did not mind, but consider everything I went through
*He uninstalls everything and still KEEPS my money, now I have nothing installed and I’m $50 less all for nothing.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
