I have had monthly service for over 30 years. They come once a month and are very dependable. I called during the summer when ants have taken over my yard between visits and they have come out the same day and put down more ant poison. No complaints.

The office lady is VERY rude! They don't call with a schedule and they never answer the phone. We were on a monthly service plan and they didn't come for two months. They don't clean up the spider webs and when they do spray there is always a ton of bugs still. They do don't contact you on the phone number you give them to call and when I called in with a problem I was told to find someone else! Wow talk about a bad service! I would pick any company but this one.
