Thumbs down! We were unimpressed with the way the office was run. When we arrived at their location, we were "half" greeted by a lady on her cell phone, smoking a cigarette. Can you say "Unprofessional! " The signage on their door said they offerred mastering, which we needed that day. But after talking with another girl, we found out they have to send our master out, and it would take a couple days. These folks may or may not have a quality product, but we'll never know. We got back in the car, and found another service.
