Joe and his guys did an amazing job of capturing 2 raccoons and repairing their damage. The initial inspection was thorough and the explanation of the damage was very detailed. Once the quote arrived, it was very competitive (our insurance company didn't even blink at the cost). The repair process took 2 days and was very unobtrusive and professional. Unfortunately, I have had to have racoons removed and repair work done in the past and used a co. that did not do a thorough job, which resulted in racoons returning, and causing much damage to my attic, including wiring, soffit damage, etc. WRR came immediately when called and handled the entire situation from beginning to completion. Joe was very knowledgeable , and explained the entire process, paying much attention to details. His work ethics were exceptional, and caused little disruption in our life, while catching the racoons, setting them free 30 miles away, doing complete clean-up, replacing all insulation in attic, subcontracting the electrician, and repairing all roof, gutter, and soffeting damage. He took his job very seriously, which is hard to come by nowadays, and was very willing to answer all questions with extensive knowledge. I myself was most grateful to Wildlife Removal and Repair for their outstanding customer service, in addition to the solid, quality repairs they made to my house. The young owner Joe was able to match the other companys bid accepted by my insurance company. He answered all my questions, acted professionally, and made certain that he took care of my concerns. He went the extra mile by giving me the remaining Atticat insulation, which amounted to an additional inch in the attic. He repaired an extra soffit that showed signs of raccoon damage, and he went to the paint store a 2nd time, to perfectly match the soffit paint on my house.
