Absolutely awful customer service. Bought a "new" mech mod which turned out to have been broken and boxed back up with missing parts. Returned it for a display model since they had none of the model left in stock. It had damage to several parts. Returned it and they would only refund $20 less than the purchase price. This was after 3 trips to the store and I live an hour away! Stay away! As shady a store as I have ever seen.
