This "business " kept my vacuum for two weeks and said it took that long to get a part from the factory. Bu when we picked it up the repairman said that just clean it and that is. But is not true and the vacuum still broke. Please don't bring your vacuum to this place. This people is not honestly.

They have had my carpet cleaner over one month. They say they are waiting on the part. Ok but it would be nice if they would call you back when you call to see if it is ready or if the part is in yet. Must be understaffed because they can never tell you when you call. Always get a recording or you have to leave your name and number if someone does answer the phone.

Wow. I had a great experience at this store today. I was surprised to not just find another vacuum store where the sales staff is just pushing you to buy something. I wasn't sure what I really wanted and they took the time to ask me questions and find what was important to my needs and wants. Just wish I had more money, they have everything there. Will be back.
