They ordered me a replacement phone & instead of a new phone I got a refurbished phone with a corroded charging port. I took it back to store within 24hrs becuz it wouldnt charge & the asst. store mgr refused to exchange it. Had to go to corporate store.
I would be sure to ask about the products' exchange/return policy, it seems that you can be sold a product and the CSR will not tell you that you are NOT ALLOWED to return it. That certain things are FINAL SALES. I was sold a blue tooth and with in my 30 days of purchase, tried to return it because it was faulty and I did not like the way it fit. I was told that I was NOT ALLOWED to return it, but they would replace it. I guess the fact that I did not like the fit, did not matter. I paid 42.00 and I have to either use it or be out 42.00. The CSR that sold it to me, told me that THEY believed in "customer service" and that it was the "MOST" important thing of all, yet she neglected to tell me that the purchase I was making was a final sale and a no return policy applied. SO much for customer service. Buyer beware and ASK about the return and exchange policy BEFORE paying for your purchase!!!
