Reverie Development. Reverie Estates seeks out historic properties in need of development in the City of Indianapolis. We design our renovations with the thought of living there ourselves, and we add character that gives the resident a home to be proud of. We pay attention to detail and keep a long-term vision. We have already invested millions in our past projects, we have others currently underway, and we plan to find many more in the years to come. Our goal with these improvements is not only to drastically improve the property, but also to have a positive impact on the surrounding communities! Our developments would not be possible without a strong management team. As a policy, we will never outsource management. We take pride in our developments and we manage them in-house to insure the best customer service for our clients. Our main responsibility above all else is to provide a great living experience. Many property owners and managers fail to realize who actually provides them their livelihood.
